Please note: To help ensure you make the bus to Tena, all participants are asked to arrive in Quito by July 7, 2026. The four nights of the retreat itself will then be reserved separately through the website.
Step into a jungle sanctuary outside Tena, Ecuador, for Sacred Reciprocity: a Good Vibes Yoga Retreat. Twice-daily yoga with teachers from North and South America, massage, somatic meditation, a sweat lodge, and hands-on chocolate workshops invite you into a living relationship with the Earth. Optional waterfall hikes, culture tours, and river rafting complete this dreamy immersion into nature, ritual, and deep renewal.
You’re invited to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect—with nature, with community, and with yourself. Surrounded by towering ceibo trees, soft jungle mist, and the vibrant sounds of the rainforest, this retreat offers a peaceful space to rest, recharge, and rediscover what truly matters.
Each day begins and ends with yoga sessions guided by Good Vibes teachers alongside inspiring Ecuadorian instructors. Our classes are designed for all levels—whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime student—blending gentle movement, breath-work, and moments of stillness to help you feel grounded and refreshed.
This retreat is about connection, renewal, and good vibes—welcoming anyone who wants to slow down, explore wellness practices, and experience the beauty of the Amazon in a supportive and inclusive environment.
